lying down for what you believe in huh?

More than 725 people participated, despite the threat of rain.
We "slept" at the Capitol ( 700+ people are not all quiet. i think we got maybe 2-4 hours sleep) and thankfully though it looked like it would pour at any moment, the rain never came.

We had a group photo once people arrived together and one group photo in the morning (around 7 a.m. on Sunday) as everyone cried out for Starbucks. Look for my obsured face (in the group shots) in the film to be released hopefully in theaters by next year to keep awareness up.

It was fun and inspiring to be surrounded by so many people who actually cared.

Well despite my friend who was like, "hey there's a $2 movie theater down there. we could go, watch and be back no problem."
I laughed. We didn't take him seriously...though he kinda wasn't joking.
That's ok. He's new to this "save the world" activism idea.

So, you actually participated in a "quiet" protest?
