so i could blog about really important, like thank goodness there's a change of power in the U.S. gov. right now (or at least in theory) and that perhaps they'll be a better check and balance form of government (we can only hope)....
or i could talk about how much i miss watching "Coupling" and "Black Books," and how the most original movie i've seen in ages, which slightly reminded me of "series of unfortunate events" was hilarious and definitely worth seeing. :D so, ok, i'll do that.
it's called "stranger than fiction" with Will Ferrell (who i don't usually avoid, but really liked in this one). a man starts hearing a woman narrating his life and then hears her say he's going to have an untimely death. talk about becoming disturbed! anyway he discover's there is a narrator writing his death....er, life, and must find her before she finishes him off. it's morbid and quite entertaining. and the dialogue is intelligent!! oh, my word. how surprising! and the writer in the film has an almost Douglas Adams tone, except you don't think she's drunk while she's typing.
k, no more of that, most head to bed. have mucho tomorrow. love to all and to all a good nite!

i'm currently watching "dead like me". which is a tv series that was cancelled after the second season. VERY good writers and a very interesting approach to 'living'. ;)
ooo, what's it about? sounds interesting.
