However at Cinque Terre, there's the Lane of Love, which is something truly special for this generation of artists. The walkway walls are covered--up to the ceiling--with art. Much like these pics here! (surprise!)
1 & 2) The bench says (loosely translated): "This night I will not return home. I will linger alone with the stars."
3) It's a tradition here that when lovers attach a lock to a railing and throw the key into the sea, their love will last forever.
The Rest) cool graffiti. The middle shot with Suzie and Jenny Tiffany.

Wow, fantastic photos!
And I particularly love the lingering with the stars thought. Hmm... You so have to post more graffiti pix if you find interesting stuff around, though! :D
:) definitely, Adele!
most graffiti in the States is like, "F*@*! you!" and all this kinda nasty stuff. that's half of the graffiti here, but the other half is often very lovey-dovey and sometimes deliciously poetic.
i'll keep my eyes out for treats. :)
being creative in the graffitti department is a real treat...Unfortunately, most humans are mad or mean and reflect that in thier graffitti...[sigh]....
Perhaps you could create some really neat graffitti...
Not that I am advocating writting on some public wall or anything...
Their graffiti is so much neater than most of the stuff in Australia... although I must admit that there is some absolutely amazing stuff here too (it's just that most of it is in Melbourne!)
taylor: cool, i'll have to check that out sometime.
