Changes

Thank God for hope.

As you can see, I've been pretty consumed with work since beginning my new job in July. Changes since then:
-learning the ropes at work
-boss being out of the country
-three key people I work with changing job positions--it was planned and for promotions and various reasons.
-getting three new people.
-our department is re-organizing processes, job assignments, and redefining what we do and how we do it.

This will all lead to a different, hopefully more streamlined and efficient office...eventually. It's just going to take another couple months before we hit the groove. Until then...
